Sei $f(x)=ax^2+bx+c$ auf dem offenen Intervall $I \subseteq I\!\!R$ definiert,\\

mit $x_1,x_2,x_m \in I$ wobei $x_m=\frac{x_2-x_1}{2}+x_1=x_2-\frac{x_2-x_1}{2}$ ist.\\

Dann ist: $f'(x_m)=\frac{f(x_2)-f(x_1)}{x_2-x_1}$\\

$\Longrightarrow f'(x)=2ax+b \longrightarrow f'(x_m)=2ax_m+b$\\

$f'(x_m)=2a(\frac{x_2-x_1}{2}+x_1)+b=2a(x_2-\frac{x_2-x_1}{2})+b$\\
